About Project
Overview
This project helps you find and book early driving test cancellations at all examination centers in the United Kingdom on the iOS platform.
For the application theme, I utilized the 60-30-10 technique, aiming for a balance of colors using the formula of 60% primary color, 30% secondary color, and 10% accent color. I used the color blue to evoke a sense of trust and responsibility within the application.
Problem
We observed that there aren't a sufficient number of applications with this capability on the App Store, and the existing ones do not reliably lead users to the desired outcome.
Solution
In the Driving Test Cancellations application, our primary goal is to provide users with accurate and real-time notifications for driving test cancellations. We have designed a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily and comprehensively filter their desired examination center and time.
Notifications are delivered to the user based on their selected filters, ensuring the updates are both fast and accurate.
App Icon
In the app icon, I chose to use a car icon to emphasize information related to drivers, and I highlighted the flag of the United Kingdom to signify that the application is used in this country.
To underscore the importance of keeping the app up-to-date, I included the current year as a reference. The letter "L" is highlighted as a sign for new drivers in the UK.
My Duty
By examining existing applications on the platform and considering user feedback, I designed the application based on these insights. Following this, as the sole member of the team, I created unique and advanced features to develop an application that stands out from others. I designed all the pages, features, application icons, store visuals, promotional videos - images, animations, and purchase screens used within the application.
